1. Check whether the power supply is normal, especially the power supply when the equipment is running at night, and find out the reason for the abnormal power supply and make corrections.

2. Is the infrared light of the camera damaged or the individual brightness is low? For a network camera, you can try to log in on the web and switch the camera to night mode to see if it can be used normally? If not, then you need to contact us.

3. For selection and scene issues, it is necessary to confirm whether the infrared distance, the angle of the infrared light and the scene match. If they do not match, there will be overexposure near or insufficient brightness in the distance.
