What is Global shutter?  All pixels are exposed at the same time. What is rolling shutter?  The exposure time of pixels in different rows is different.

The global shutter exposure time is shorter, but it will increase the RMS readout noise. For camera manufacturers, Global shutter can achieve a higher frame rate, but when the exposure is improper or the object moves faster, partial exposure and slope will occur Phenomena such as skew and wobble. Applications with short exposure time (such as <500μs) are suitable for Global shutter, and long exposure time (such as >500μs), choose rolling shutter to have lower noise and frame rate.
