Equipped with efficient H.264/H.265 video compression algorithms and low-latency encoding technology, it delivers lossless 1080P/60fps video transmission to satisfy the dual demands for real-time responsiveness and data integrity in industrial inspection. Via the LVDS interface, the FCB-EV9520L and CM2001S combo can seamlessly connect to PLC systems, feeding back dimensional tolerances and other parameters in real time to realize closed-loop production control. Its Super Image Stabilization (S/S+ Mode) combines electronic image stabilization and gyroscopic compensation; when inspecting tool wear on CNC machine tools running at up to 3000 rpm, it consistently outputs steady imagery. The three-region independent control function allows separate configuration of exposure and white balance parameters for designated inspection zones, preventing misjudgments caused by intense light reflection or shadow occlusion and lifting the recognition accuracy for defects on complex surfaces.

 

Standardized communication via the SONY VISCA protocol enables the FCB-EV9520L and CM2001S to be compatible with mainstream interface options including HDMI and USB 3.0, forming plug-and-play solutions applicable to UAV inspection, medical imaging and more. For industrial remote monitoring, the CM2001S supports H.265/H.264 dual-stream encoding, compressing video streams from the FCB-EV9520L for low-bandwidth transmission over 4G/5G networks. This advantage shines during remote inspection of wind turbines in remote regions, allowing maintenance personnel to check equipment operating status in real time via mobile terminals.

For autonomous driving applications, the FCB-EV9520L’s StableZoom technology delivers coordinated compensation between optical and digital zoom, preserving image sharpness even at maximum 360× magnification and supplying trustworthy raw data for fusion algorithms combining LiDAR and machine vision. Its proprietary ICR ON COLOR technology outputs color footage at an ultra-low illuminance of 0.00008 lx, enabling autonomous driving systems to distinguish blue road signs from red taillights at night and delivering critical visual input for self-driving operations.
