The FCB-EV9520L supports 1080P Full HD resolution and is equipped with a 30× optical zoom lens covering a focal length range of 4.3 mm to 129 mm. Fitted with a 1/2.8-inch STARVIS 2 CMOS sensor, the FCB-EV9520L achieves ultra-low light sensitivity down to 0.00008 Lux (starlight-level) and an ultra-wide dynamic range of 130 dB. For nighttime power grid inspection, the module can clearly capture readings on switchgear meters and heat traces at connection points even under extremely dim ambient light, preventing missed inspections caused by insufficient illumination. In backlit scenarios such as port container inspection, its 130 dB wide dynamic range simultaneously reveals rust details in overexposed bright areas and cracks & damage in shadowed zones, solving the common flaw of overexposure or crushed shadows seen in conventional cameras and ensuring high-quality inspection footage under all lighting conditions.

 

Vibration from various sources during industrial inspection tends to compromise image stability. Built with a high-precision gyroscope sensor, the FCB-EV9520L features advanced super image stabilization, which accurately detects posture shifts and camera shake to effectively prevent motion blur. Furthermore, excellent optical axis consistency ensures minimal optical axis shift throughout the entire zoom range, sustaining consistently stable imaging performance at all focal lengths.
