As smart visual devices evolve toward customization, miniaturization, and high integration, pan-tilt units, inspection robots, and high-point surveillance equipment are placing increasingly stringent demands on the coordination between imaging hardware and control systems. Purchasing an integrated module alone can only handle image acquisition; without a complementary control unit, it becomes impossible to achieve full-fledged functionalities such as pan-tilt scheduling, event reporting, and platform integration. On the other hand, independently assembling components from third-party boards often leads to issues like protocol incompatibility, failed inter-device coordination, and prolonged debugging cycles. Addressing the widespread hardware adaptation challenges faced by industry integrators, Kemorei has launched a complete kit featuring the Hikvision DS-2ZMN2009N(B) integrated module paired with the HK-100M encoding control board. This kit integrates image acquisition, intelligent analysis, signal management, and network transmission into a seamless closed-loop system, covering a wide range of application scenarios—including transportation, industrial settings, campus environments, and specialized equipment—and providing device manufacturers with a standardized, highly compatible, and easily deployable visual hardware solution.

I.High-Definition Imaging Core: DS-2ZMN2009N(B) Integrated Module, Providing Full-Range Day-and-Night High-Definition Capture
As the image acquisition unit of the entire visual system, the DS-2ZMN2009N(B) is equipped with a 1/2.8-inch progressive-scan CMOS sensor that delivers a native ultra-high-definition resolution of 2560×1440 with 4 million pixels. The lens features a focal length range from 4.3mm to 86mm, supporting 20x optical zoom. Its horizontal field of view spans from a wide-angle range of 59° down to a telephoto range of 4°. The transition from wide-angle to telephoto mode takes approximately 4.1 seconds, ensuring clear and detailed imaging of distant targets, making it ideal for large-scale high-point surveillance and long-distance target recognition applications. The camera’s low-light performance is enhanced by a multi-level illumination design: in color mode, sensitivity reaches 0.05 Lux at F2.6; in black-and-white mode, it drops as low as 0.01 Lux at F2.6. Combined with an ICR infrared filter automatic switching mechanism, the camera ensures seamless day-and-night imaging. Built-in 120dB super-wide dynamic range and 3D digital noise reduction technology further enhance image quality by intelligently integrating strong-light suppression and backlight compensation functions, effectively handling high-contrast scenes such as tunnels, backlit factory interiors, and nighttime roads, thereby eliminating issues like overexposure in bright areas and noise in dark areas. The video encoding supports both H.264 and H.265 compression formats simultaneously, with output bitrates ranging from 32kbps to 16Mbps. It natively supports simultaneous triple-stream output, allowing separate streams for primary stream evidence collection, sub-stream preview, and a third stream dedicated to intelligent analysis, thus efficiently saving bandwidth and storage resources. The camera’s internal mechanism is equipped with a full suite of intelligent detection algorithms, supporting four types of behavioral alerts: area intrusion, line crossing, entry into a designated area, and exit from a designated area. The electronic shutter speed can be adjusted from 1/1 second to 1/30,000 second, and the camera comes with multiple white balance settings, regional exposure control, and regional focus adjustment functions, making it suitable for various complex lighting conditions including daylight, artificial lighting, and cloudy skies. The camera boasts a compact hardware design, measuring just 42.7mm × 48.5mm × 67.7mm. Its static power consumption is 2.5W, while its dynamic operating power consumption is 4.5W. It operates within a temperature range of -10℃ to 60℃ and remains stable even in high-humidity environments. The camera features a 36-pin FFC connector that integrates network port, RS232, RS485, audio/video, and alarm interfaces. The RS232 interface is compatible with Hikvision protocols, while the RS485 interface is compatible with Pelco protocols. This makes the camera highly adaptable and easily integrable into various dome cameras, pan-tilt units, and smart inspection devices, serving as a standardized imaging module.
II.System Scheduling Hub: The HK-100M encoding control board, enabling comprehensive and coordinated management of the movement’s full functionality.
The HK-100M encoding control board serves as the control core of the entire kit and is natively compatible with the DS-2ZMN2009N(B) mechanism hardware. It undertakes core tasks such as video encoding and forwarding, peripheral signal scheduling, PTZ command issuance, and platform integration, thereby addressing the mechanism's lack of an independent control unit and forming a complete “imaging + control” workflow. The board enables unified management of all functions of the mechanism, including zoom, focus, ICR day/night switching, and alarm input/output. It transmits operation commands—such as PTZ rotation, preset position cruising, and timed switching—via dual communication channels: RS232 and RS485. The board features built-in power-loss memory; after a device restart, it automatically restores the original working parameters without requiring reconfiguration. The audio channel adopts a 1-in, 1-out design and supports multiple audio coding formats, including G.722.1, G.711-a law, AAC, and PCM. It is also equipped with one alarm input and one alarm output, enabling real-time monitoring of device abnormalities such as hard disk failures, network disconnections, IP address conflicts, and unauthorized access, and promptly sending out alerts. At the network level, the board supports dual-stack IPv4/IPv6 protocols and is compatible with mainstream integration protocols including HTTP, RTSP, GB/T28181, ISAPI, and Hikvision SDK. It can connect directly to Ezviz Cloud and third-party integrated management platforms, allowing a single device to simultaneously preview up to six video streams. Permission management supports up to 32 user levels, with three distinct permission tiers: administrator, operator, and regular user. Combined with HTTPS encryption and IEEE 802.1x network access control, this ensures secure transmission of industry surveillance data. The board features a lightweight design that allows for compact integration with the mechanism, simplifying the overall wiring structure, shortening equipment assembly and secondary development cycles, and reducing R&D costs for integrators.

III.A comprehensive, integrated solution that addresses various pain points in industry hardware integration.
